Our Physician


Naveen Goel, MD

Medical Director
Dr. Naveen Goel is an interventional nephrologist with expertise in access care for dialysis patients. His outpatient vascular access practice, American Access Care of Florida, provides critical maintenance and support procedures for dialysis patients throughout South Florida. Dr. Goel's groundbreaking work in nephrology has been recognized within the community and fueled the growth of his practice. He believes in the advancement of patient care through education and takes a teamwork approach to educating patients and dialysis caregivers. Procedures and services he performs include angioplasty, fistulograms, fistula salvage, MILLER Procedure for steal syndrome, thombolysis/thrombectomy, vessel mapping, and complete catheter care.

Todd D. Schwartz, DO

Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Todd Schwartz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University in North Miami Beach, Florida. He completed an internship and diagnostic radiology residency at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Schwartz is licensed by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. He practices at American Access Care in Plantation, Florida, specializing in minimally invasive techniques, including uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) and kyphoplasty for pain management, as well as treatments for peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and venous compression syndrome.
